KARACHI: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl and Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khatam-e-Nabuwwat (TTKN) have given strike call for Saturday against the killing of Mufi Saeed Ahmed Jalalpuri and his associates, demanding the government of booking the assailants to justice at any cost.

The strike call was jointly given by religious leaders of JUI-F and Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khatam-e-Nabuwwat at a press conference today.

They appealed to the people of Sindh not to open business and stay home on Saturday.

Mufti Saeed Ahmed Jalalpuri, his son Mufti Huzaifa Jalapuri, Mufti Qamar Zaman and Mufti Atiq ur Rheman were gunned down Thursday by unidentified assailants in Gulzar Hijri area of Karachi.
